New skills and an innovative machine for company maintenance
In Novate Milanese, a platform revolutionizes maintenance, ensuring autonomy, well-being, and sustainability.
Bottaro continues to invest in technology and training to improve safety and the quality of work environments. At the Novate Milanese site, the company has introduced a new technological maintenance platform, designed to operate even in the most challenging spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Compact yet equipped with a long, high-performance arm, this machine represents a real turning point for company maintenance.
To ensure effective and safe use, six employees participated in a specialized training course, acquiring the skills needed to operate the machinery independently. This investment has allowed Bottaro to perform maintenance tasks without relying on third parties, increasing speed and operational efficiency.
Thanks to the new platform, the skylights of a warehouse in Novate were replaced with next-generation versions that allow much more natural light to pass through. This result not only improves employee well-being but also contributes to a more sustainable work environment, reducing the need for artificial lighting.
This step is yet another example of Bottaro’s commitment to innovation, safety, and quality, demonstrating how continuous training and updates are the foundation of solid and responsible corporate growth.
