Bottaro Academy: growing together

Continuous training for competence and motivation: the success of 2024 guides the steps of 2025.

Once again, Bottaro has demonstrated how central people are, alongside machines, in achieving its goals. In 2024, the company strengthened the Bottaro Academy project, a structured training program involving personnel at the Delebio and Novate sites. The objective was clear: to enhance skills, facilitate the onboarding of new employees, and improve production and logistics organization.

Under the guidance of Alberto Bottaro (responsible for Novate) and Paolo Pozzoli (responsible for Delebio), the Academy included mandatory safety and regional training courses, such as first aid, fire safety, and training for forklift operators and supervisors. Optional courses for specific technical skills were also offered, including the use of aerial platforms and inspection of shelving systems.

The results achieved in 2024 were exceptional: company personnel demonstrated greater preparedness, motivation, and efficiency in responding to daily needs. Building on this success, Bottaro aims to continue on this path in 2025, further investing in the personal and professional growth of its team.

For Bottaro, continuous training is not only a commitment but also a winning strategy to build a sustainable and competitive future.
